Nothing but great things to say about Phoenix R&R. Jack was always responsive and engaged with our project, even though it was probably one of the smaller projects he was managing. We felt like we were his only clients! He was flexible with our timelines and availability, and was responsive when we called, e-mailed or texted him. I can’t remember a time he didn’t respond to one of our messages on the same day. He never tried to over-sell us, or up-sell us on products or services. We told him what we wanted done, he gave us advice on what things that we could probably do on our own (to save money), I’m not sure all contractors would do that. Reliable, available and holds his sub-contractors to high standards. He was at our house checking on progress regularly. We can’t wait for the next project he can do for us!

From the initial estimate, to the actual repair, Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has been great to work with. Initially I was quoted 4 days to complete the work, but in actuality the job was done in 3! Plus, the cost of the repair was substantially lower than several other estimates I had received from other companies in the valley – one thousand dollars less to be exact!
