Phx Roofing and Brandon helped us replace our roof and fix a leak from our skylight. Brandon took great care of us, even though it was during the monsoon season and I’m sure extremely busy. He replaced our skylight, fixed our roof…other roofers wouldn’t even give us a quote because they wouldn’t touch the skylight.

Overall, couldn’t have been happier. They did great work, took good care of us and kept us updated the whole process. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Jack Core (owner of Phoenix roofing) and Luis (project manager) just completed my underlay replacement for my tile roof. They were both very easy to work with. We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service. They started on time and finished early, I would recommend Phoenix roofing and remodeling to any family or friend looking to have their roof redone or repaired. I had a few estimates before committing and I can also say that their prices are extremely fair. They were meticulous with details and even painted the replacement drip trim with a color match paint prior to replacement. Thanks again guys!

Nothing but great things to say about Phoenix R&R. Jack was always responsive and engaged with our project, even though it was probably one of the smaller projects he was managing. We felt like we were his only clients! He was flexible with our timelines and availability, and was responsive when we called, e-mailed or texted him. I can’t remember a time he didn’t respond to one of our messages on the same day. He never tried to over-sell us, or up-sell us on products or services. We told him what we wanted done, he gave us advice on what things that we could probably do on our own (to save money), I’m not sure all contractors would do that. Reliable, available and holds his sub-contractors to high standards. He was at our house checking on progress regularly. We can’t wait for the next project he can do for us!

Jack was knowledgeable and explained everything. He did all he said he would do on my roofs and more. I am very pleased with the results. Should I need any remodeling/repairs in the future, Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling would be the One I would call.

From the initial estimate, to the actual repair, Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has been great to work with. Initially I was quoted 4 days to complete the work, but in actuality the job was done in 3! Plus, the cost of the repair was substantially lower than several other estimates I had received from other companies in the valley – one thousand dollars less to be exact! I couldn’t be more happy with the service, quality of work and overall cost. I would recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling to anyone.
